María Negroni (Rosario, 1951) es escritora, poeta, ensayista, profesora y traductora. Doctorada en Literatura Latinoamericana por la Universidad de Columbia, actualmente dirige la Maestría de Escritura Creativa en la UNTREF. Publicó las novelas El sueño de Úrsula y La anunciación y es reconocida por su labor de traducción de poetas como Elizabeth Bishop o Sylvia Plath. Como ensayista publicó, entre otros títulos, Ciudad gótica, Museo negro y Galería fantástica.
